Unclean cat

Since almost 15 years I have a female cat called Lisa. She is cued and friendly, intelligent everything but ... she wees everywhere ! Not all the time but periodically. She started that, when she was about 6 yrs old. Present or not, she weeseverywhere against the furniture on the floor,even against my husband's leg. I tried everything. Went to vet, she took special medication, I shot on her with a waterpistol ! I screemed, I even slapped (lightly) nothing to do. Pepper, Spray, ... nothing helped. She has always lived with my other cat since she was a very little baby. Maybe too young. I don't know anymore what to do. Now I found this Forum and maybe somebody has a recepee for me ?
